Supplier value

Keep control while making surplus useful.

List surplus responsibly

Make usable resources visible with quantity, condition, location, and handover details.

Review every request

Approve, decline, or clarify requests before any resource moves forward.

Coordinate handover

Keep pickup readiness, timing, and access instructions clear.

Keep evidence

Completed transfers can produce certificate-backed operational evidence.

Good early categories

  • Furniture and fixtures
  • Reusable warehouse materials
  • Cartons, packaging, and storage bins
  • Non-sensitive equipment
  • Packaged non-perishable supplies

Categories that need review

Prepared food, medical items, hazardous goods, regulated goods, or legally sensitive categories require separate review and may not be accepted for early pilot workflows.

Supplier responsibility remains with the Supplier

ReDist records the workflow. The Supplier remains responsible for ownership, eligibility, accurate descriptions, condition, safety, storage, handling, transport arrangements, legal requirements, and internal approval. ReDist does not inspect or certify the underlying goods.
