What verification means
Review may cover organization identity, an authorized representative, role, category, and workflow evidence before activation or a critical decision. It reduces uncertainty; it is not government approval, endorsement, or a guarantee of future conduct.
What the certificate means
A ReDist certificate is operational evidence that a recorded ReDist workflow reached completion. It is not government or regulatory approval, a food-safety or tax certificate, audited ESG assurance, partnership endorsement, or a guarantee of the underlying goods.
Participant responsibilities
Suppliers and Recipients retain responsibility for ownership, eligibility, quality, safety, suitability, storage, handling, transport, acceptance, legal requirements, and their own internal approvals.
Governance still matters
Trust also depends on least-privilege access, audit evidence, incident handling, credential management, recovery planning, data minimization, retention rules, and independent review. Open readiness dependencies are not presented as completed certifications.
